Numa Shared never moves money. It records what household members say happened and derives who owes whom.
Invite trouble
Expired, revoked, or already-used links cannot be reopened. Ask the household owner for a new invite. A household link still needs owner approval before history appears.
Edit or record a repayment
Editing corrects a record and keeps the correction visible in history. A repayment records money paid somewhere else; Numa Shared does not send that payment.
Balances and spending
Balances show who owes whom after shared expenses and recorded repayments. Spending reports summarize expense records; they do not say that money moved between members.
Leaving a household
Resolve or acknowledge any remaining balance first. If you are the owner, transfer ownership before leaving. Your member remains archived in the shared history so past arithmetic does not change.
Lost phone or sign-in trouble
Use the device passcode and Find My erase for a lost phone. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account to restore shared households. Never send invite tokens, device tokens, or passwords by email.
Export after removal
A removed member keeps a frozen, read-only local snapshot through the removal event and can export that snapshot from the device. Later household activity is not included.
Delete your Numa Shared account
You can delete your Numa Shared account and its data without installing the app.
- Open shared.numaworth.com/app or the Numa Shared app.
- Sign in first, then Delete.
If you can't sign in, email support@numaworth.com with the subject “Delete my Numa Shared account” and say whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We will ask you to confirm that you control that account before deleting anything, and we complete confirmed requests within 30 days.
Deleted: your sign-in identifiers, sessions, notification tokens, invitations and the text you wrote, such as names, titles and notes. Households where you are the only member are deleted completely.
Kept: in households you share with others, the amounts and dates of past records stay so the other members' balances still add up, and your name is replaced with “Former member”. A random deletion receipt with no link to your account is kept for 30 days so a repeated request finishes safely. A household you kept only on a device without signing in stays on that device until you delete it there.
